Aura Modernia was born from a simple conviction: the objects around you shape the way you feel. We set out to source, design and deliver pieces that carry genuine meaning — not decoration, but atmosphere.
The Philosophy

We believe your home is a living portrait of who you are. The pieces you choose — the sculptures on your shelf, the vase on your table, the painting on your wall — they speak before you do.
Aura Modernia started with a single shelf of carefully chosen pieces and a small community of design-minded Cairenes who felt the same way. Three years later, that shelf has grown into a full curated collection, and that community has grown into 1,400+ clients across Egypt.

We work with Egyptian artisans and source materials locally wherever possible, while keeping our design references international. The result is pieces that feel both rooted and worldly.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
Nour studied interior architecture at GUC and spent three years sourcing decor across Morocco, Italy and Turkey before returning to Cairo with a vision for a different kind of home goods brand — one with a genuine point of view.
Co-Founder & Product Director
Karim comes from a background in product design and brand strategy. He oversees every piece from concept to packaging, obsessing over the moment a client first unwraps something from Aura Modernia.
